1. Zestawienie jest zrobione jako poglądowe, w wolnym czasie, i może nie być wyczerpujące. Podjęcie jakichkolwiek decyzji w oparciu o nie wymaga weryfikacji prawnika/rzecznika patentowego na zasadach komercyjnych.
2. Szukałem w EUIPO i polskim Urzędzie Patentowym.
3. Szukałem tylko znaków związanych z Mustangiem (kobra Shelby, samo logo Forda etc. są poza zakresem tego wyliczenia)
4. To, że dany znak nie jest zarejestrowany w danej klasie nie oznacza, że można na pewno go używać do woli - może być chroniony na podstawie prawa autorskiego jako utwór i tzw. niezarejestrowany znak towarowy. Dla przykładu - biegnącego konia namalował kiedyś pewien gość pochodzący z Węgier dla Forda i jest to utwór plastyczny chroniony nawet, gdyby nie stanowił znaku towarowego.
5. Rejestracja znaku towarowego chroni przed używaniem tego znaku komercyjnie do oznaczania towarów i usług. Jak ktoś chce sobie namalować na ścianie indywidualnie to rejestracja nie stoi temu na przeszkodzie, ale już malarz, który będzie miał taki szablon i na tym zarabiał może się narazić na problemy.
6. Klasy produktów i usług, dla których znak zastrzeżono są po angielsku, nie chciało mi się tego tłumaczyć - dosyć proste sformułowania i można w sieci znaleźć katalog klas nicejskich po polsku i po samych numerach klas porównać.
A więc w polskim UP nie znalazłem żadnego ważnego znaku związanego z Mustagiem zarejestrowanego przez Ford Motor Company, w EUIPO Ford Motor Company ma zastrzeżone dla obszaru Unii Europejskiej:
